Simplex is a professional real estate application intended for use by real estate agents and property professionals.

The Application is provided free of charge.

- No paid features exist
- No advertising is displayed
- No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs are used

The Application may send push notifications related to:
- Newly published listings that match user-defined alert criteria
- Updates related to user messages or listings
Push notifications are optional and may be disabled at any time through the device operating system settings.
6. Data Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or disclose user information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
User-generated content such as listings, profile details, and messages may be visible to other users of the Application as part of its intended functionality.
Information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law or legal obligations.

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Application's functionality or until the user deletes the relevant content.
